5 good reasons not to use stuff management programs
Automation becomes more and more common our days. Many corporations attempt to propose their solutions to the market. Usually they are quite attractive and have a lot of positive characteristics, but it is just the first view. During the analysis of various stuff management software programs, I assumed that its utilizing has more shortcomings than benefits. There are several reasons why I do not utilize it.
Reason 1: You must pay for it. Almost all available employee management software is payware. In addition to starting fee, you must pay for maintenance, updates and support. Lots of people use such software no matter how much does it cost. Pay for the software just in case when you are sure that it can pay for itself, otherwise, look for the more appropriate solutions.
Reason 2: It is not so simply to use such programs, you will have to study it. Human resource software is a quite complex kind of software. If you haven't got your own computer geek and you are not a geek yourself, be ready for nights of struggling with the program.
Reason 3: You will spend a lot of money and time to teach your personnel to utilize this soft. There is no greater negative incentive for people than learning the software that will control them. A lot of people is not used to learn these things. They do not want to learn it, because you don't pay them for the time they expend on it.
Reason 4: Employee scheduler software distances you from people. Managing your personnel in person, not from distance, you will perform it better with assistance of your charismatic personality. Automation causes de-humanization of company. People have the feeling that they are just small parts of the structure. This system may be pleasant to utilize for the proprietors of the giant factories, but not for the today's companies. Nowadays the corporative culture plays the significant role in the successful business.
Reason 5: That is too popular to be used. You can't get over your competitors until your software is more effective then their. Having the same stuff as your competitors does not give you any competitive benefits. The main thing is the human resources. Even if you use the superb program, it won't assist you to involve the best experts to your corporation. Make the unexpected actions if you want to succeed. Having the excellent live stuff you can do without any software.
Surprisingly, you are able to have many of those benefits simply utilizing inexpensive tools you already own such as pen and paper, for example. Computers are not able to work without people, so it is better to employ some people then to invest in programs.
