How does one track your projects
Supervising projects is a complex activity that has to do with four traditional components: cost, timing, time and producing a satisfactory result. Should you always go for task tracking software?
Project management software might not be appropriate in every case. It delivers the best result when employed for a number of big projects. Small projects can be supervised using a spreadsheet program which allows you to save on overhead costs of employing such complex software.
